Bathroom Remodel...Before and After Pics...

You have listened to our whining for a month now. You've heard all about our house being a disaster due to our bathroom remodel. Well, here's the proof that we survived. The house is back to normal, and it was all so worth it.

Master Bath Before...

And After...

My most favorite thing is the glass tiles we used on the backsplash, tub surround, shower border, and soap shelves. One day, when we build our dream home, I want the whole wall behind the vanity to be solid glass tiles with a mirror hung on top of the tiles...notice I said dream home. It will most likely stay in my dreams, but oh well...
My vision for the bathroom when we started picking out things for the remodel was for it to be this spa-like getaway. I wanted somewhere to just escape. I think we have achieved that, and I am so very happy with it.
I still need to purchase some Aveda products (what good spa isn't stocked with Aveda products?), some artwork for the wall across from the shower, some vintage glass doorknobs for the french doors and closet doors (I am hoping to find some that go well with the new knobs on the cabinet doors...I am opened to suggestions!), and a few accessories for the countertop and bathtub.  I am also looking for a small, drum-like stool to place by the bathtub, but I am trying to be very careful and patient to be sure everything is just perfect.
I told Michael last night that I also want to put a flat panel TV on the wall between the shower and bathtub, but he told me that I had exceeded my wish allotment.  Hey, it didn't hurt to try!!!
Thanks for listening to our whining and complaining, and next time you are stressed...just call me.  You are more than welcome to stop by and take a steam shower or bubble bath in our new bathroom...it is sure to relax you!

Hopefully next week, I can post pictures of our new landscaping.  This will complete our renovations at 106 Greer Court for MANY, MANY years!!!!
